Ezra and Zora are back on the blog again, this time for their two and a half year portrait session. We started out at home with them smiling, making faces and showing off some of their new jumping tricks.  Oh to be two and a half again and fearless!  After that we headed to the local splash park for a little late afternoon cooling off, though it seems Ezra and Zora had more fun on the playground swings rather than in the water!

Climbing on the furniture is fun!

Mom really enjoyed the water!

Kaylin and Jacob are cute 20-month old twins in New Jersey and they entertained me with their antics during our portraits on Saturday morning. We spent a lot of time playing on the stairs while taking pictures, a place they’re not usually allowed to just play! Then we progressed into the playroom and read books. After a short time in the living room on the couch we headed outside to brave the weather and play on the slide and swings. Since it was much less windy than anticipated we finished up at a nearby park for some bona fide fall portraits with colorful foliage. And a duck!

Baby wrangling isn’t easy!

I spent an early morning on the lakefront with two of my favorite siblings, Ezra & Zora, for their 18-month portrait session.  Grandma R joined us again as well as aunt P. We got to do some family groupings as well as individuals of Ezra and Zora. These two are still keeping me on my toes and I love every second of it!  I’m adding some more tricks to my bag for their two-year session this winter because I am sure by then their favorite word will be, “No!”

I had an amazing year photographing Ezra & Zora at each milestone from birth to their first birthday and I am very excited to continue more sessions with them over the next year as well!

Liam and Lily were not very forthcoming with their smiles during their 3-month portrait session.  But I still think they are deliciously adorable!
